The standardization process in the first stage

The standardisation process is basically the foundation process of the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence. Previously, the only thing that would have been done is basically the addition of as many databases as possible in a gigantic database, but without any real possibility to start making deductions globally because some of these first databases are bare databases while others already have the shape of a matrix, but maybe because they are not standardized, in terms of the scale of measurement or the way in which the measurement is expressed, is not going to be possible to make deductions across them.

During the construction of the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence in the first stage of application, the database, there are three moments: 1) firstly, the creation of a gigantic database by the addition of as many databases as possible from every synthetic science, discipline, or activity, 2) the standardization of all databases added to the gigantic database in order to share the same format: the information must be organized as a matrix, every file in the matrix corresponds to a factor, every factor must be defined in quantitative terms, and able to provide a permanent flow of data or a flow of packages of information, depending on the format chosen for all factors. If every factor is a single factor, everyone must provide a flow of data. But if every factor is a composed factor, including a set of sub-factors, divided in turn into different levels of sub-factoring, the information that every composed factor must provide is a flow of packages of information. Along with the definition of what a factor is, the standardisation process implies that all factors must use the same scales of measurement, expressing the measurements in the same way. For that reason, it would be advisable the use of international conventions in this matter, facilitating later the addition of databases from different countries as long as the scales of measurement and the way in which the measurements are expressed are compatible or adaptable. As a result of the standardization process, is going to be created the first global matrix, 3) The synthesis, much later in the integration process, of the global matrix and the unified database of categories, or if not ready the unified database of categories then the synthesis of the global matrix and all possible databases of categories from all possible Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Application, is synthesis whose result is the creation of the definitive matrix, that is going to be: the matrix.

During these three moments, the first one, the creation of the first gigantic database, much more than a database for the scientific deduction, is going to be a first experiment about how to manage all this large amount of information, and over those specific matrices coming up from those Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction whose matrix share the same format, the possibility to try the first deductions crossing information between their matrices fused in only one, the first global matrix.

The first period for the creation of the gigantic database, much more than the creation of intelligence, is a process of recollection of databases.

The second moment, the standardisation process for the creation of the global matrix, is when the first bricks for the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence are going to be settled.

In reality, much more than standardisation, this process is going to be the real foundation of the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence. The reason why I have called this process of the foundation a standardization process is because the standardization of all bare databases and specific matrices in order that all of them share: the same concept of factor, scales of measurement, and ways to express the measurements; is going to make possible the tracking of all information in the global matrix, so is going to make possible the deduction process, because all factors have a common concept, scales of measurement, and ways to express their measurements, making all of them compatible and commensurable.

At the end of this second moment, the result must be the creation of a global matrix, and as long as the process of standardization goes on, so all bare databases and specific matrices share the same format, the tracking of the global matrix will make possible the first global deductions, so the first empirical hypothesis between factors from different synthetic sciences, disciplines, or activities, that if rational is going to be transformed in the first single virtual models that are going to form the first global model.

But this process of standardisation, in reality, a foundation process, is going to be a long journey with a lot of difficulties, some of them due to the technology, because it is the first time in history in which such a project of such dimensions is going to be carried out.

Imagine a global matrix encompassing the flow of information from all aspects of a country's operations, including tectonic phenomena, climatic events, astronomical occurrences (e.g., solar storms or meteorites), population changes, transportation data (both public and private), telecommunications, economic activities, industrial outputs, security measures, surveillance systems, educational institutions, healthcare services, judicial proceedings, media communications, and potentially, in the near future, biometric and cognitive data of individuals.

Due to the dimensions of this project, there are some technological challenges to resolve through the development of inexhaustible sources of energy and memory.

It is rather possible that in the first tries in the creation of such intelligence, the information to include in the matrix is going to be limited to that information whose experimentation can give examples to develop further and more developed global intelligences.

Much more than a single global matrix, what is going to happen is consecutive experimentation in Global Artificial Intelligence in order to create bigger and bigger intelligence every time, up to the point in which the development of very successful experiments, including large amounts of information are going to prepare the way for the construction of the definitive global matrix.

The foundation of the Global Artificial Intelligence, much more than a lineal process, is going to be a process of continuous experimentation, in which some of them are going to fail while others are going to be really successful, and the definitive global matrix is going to be built taking as examples the most successful experiments.

Due to the technological challenges, it is rather possible that the standardisation process will be developed in two different periods:

- The first one of coexistence, the coexistence period. Due to the technological challenge, because the energy and memory necessary to carry out global research in the first global matrix are going to be huge, slowing down the process, one solution while the challenge is not resolved is the possibility to keep on working the former Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction. During this period, at the same time, the first Particular Deduction Programs in Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence can be created

- The definitive and the last period. Once the experimentation in the global matrix has provided a very powerful source of energy and memory able to manage all the information together in the global matrix, the Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction should be absorbed by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, or transformed in Particular Deduction Programs in the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence.

In order to study each period in detail, firstly, I will develop the first one, the coexistence period.

The technological challenge that is going to be posed by the tracking of such a global matrix containing such a large amount of information, sooner or later, is going to be resolved through quantum computing, artificial genetics, and new sources of energy and memory that are going to be developed in the future. But meantime, this challenge persists, is necessary to carry out other strategies to do research, saving as much time as possible.

The efficiency of Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence is going to depend on the quality of its deductions, and the time that takes to make them: how long does it take to make empirical hypotheses of great quality, contrast them, and if rational to make single and comprehensive virtual models of great quality.

As with any other machine, in the end, what is going to be demanded for the Global Artificial Intelligence is velocity and efficiency. The production of artificial research must be superior to any other scientific production made by humans, otherwise, it does not make sense such invest in such intelligence if the result is a product inferior to other products made by other means.

If, when the Industrial Revolution began in the United Kingdom, the objective was to make goods faster than by other traditional means, measuring the velocity in which each good was fabricated, Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence would be successful when it can make deductions faster than by other traditional research methodology, measuring the velocity in which the deductions are made.

When this process is completely ready, the speed is not going to be measured in terms of how many global deductions have been made per hour, but how many deductions have been made per minute, or even per second, or less. In order to get such a level of artificial research, it is going to be necessary to increase the increment of power and memory within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence.

In the same way that any human being every minute, or even every second is able to make lots of decisions, the Artificial Research by Deduction must be able to make every minute or every second lot of decisions to send to the Decisional System, that, in terms of minutes or seconds, must have checked in order to reject or authorize them if rational and transmit the orders to the Application System to put them into practice.

This sequence: starting with the deduction process, making a decision, checking, and, if rational, putting it into practice, should not take much more than a very few minutes or even seconds. Evidently, at the beginning of the global matrix, especially in the first period, it is clear that such a level of efficiency is not going to be achieved. But this objective must be in mind always: the goal is to create a true replicant of our human psychology, but improved and enhanced through technology and artificial psychology, up to the point that one day it will be faster than any other human being, and able to make deductions and decisions beyond the human understanding.

While the technological challenge is not resolved, one solution is the possibility to distribute the possible deductions in two types of deductions, specific or global deductions.

- Specific deductions, all kinds of deductions made by a Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction in any specific synthetic science, discipline, or activity, in this first period of the standardisation process working for and within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence. The specific deduction is understood as the process of tracking the specific matrix, finding out a relation in a set of specific factors, and transforming the relation in an empirical hypothesis, that, if rational, is transformed into a single virtual model that finally is sent to the comprehensive virtual model built by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial intelligence. Once the single virtual model, coming up from a specific deduction, is included in the comprehensive virtual model, it is possible the study the flow of negative consequences for the global model in order to make decisions, and it is possible over the global model to make decisions to improve the global model including all possible specific deductions.

- Global deductions, all kinds of inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary deductions made by Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, crossing information coming up from the global matrix, from factors from all the specific matrix and databases standardized in the global matrix, deductions able to be transformed in an empirical hypothesis that if rational are transformed in single virtual models to include in the global model, in order to make further decisions to avoid any negative consequence and better the global model itself.

During the time that takes place this first period of coexistence of Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction and Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, specific deductions are all those made by any Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction, and global deductions are all those ones made by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence.

The coexistence period of both intelligences is a period of full experimentation.

Firstly, in order to save time and energy, the distribution of what kind of deductions each one must make is going to save time and energy because every intelligence is going to be focused only on its own matter, specific or global.

While Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence is only focused on inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary studies crossing data coming up only from different specific matrices, and not crossing information belonging to the same specific matrix, as long as it has not spent energy and time crossing information belonging to the same specific matrix, only from different matrices, the time and energy saved, invested in global deductions, increases the speed in global deductions.

Keeping on working the Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction in the first period of the standardisation process, there is a possibility that making specific deductions by these specific intelligences, the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence focused only on global deductions, is going to be much faster.

But secondly, this first period of coexistence is going to be an experimentation period, given the possibility of the first experiments in global decisions, and as long as these first experiments give good results, gradually, the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence can start working on specific sciences, disciplines, or activities, combining global deductions and specific deductions over those specific sciences, disciplines, and activities more suitable to start this process, evolving gradually to the second period of the standardization process, when the integration of specific and global deductions is complete.

The most desirable scenery would be that gradually the standardization process progresses to the second period in which the Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction are completely absorbed by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, or some of them are transformed in Particular Deduction Programs within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence.

In essence, the first period of the standardisation process is a period of coexistence of specific matrices and the global matrix. From the specific matrices are going to be made specific deductions, and from the global matrix, global deductions are going to be made. Finally, single virtual models from specific and global deductions are going to be included in the comprehensive virtual model. The necessity of this first period is due to the technological challenge (the necessity of inexhaustible sources of energy and memory to manage such a global matrix without the necessity to keep on working any specific matrix), and the necessity to make further experiments on the global matrix in order to be sure that is ready to go on to the next period when specific matrices are completely absorbed by the global matrix or are transformed in Particular Deduction Programs within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence.

But it does not mean that a Particular Deduction Program is a kind of Specific Artificial Intelligence.

Any Artificial Intelligence, specific or global, must develop an application (database), replication (rational) processes, auto-replication (auto-improvement and auto-enhancement) processes.

The difference between any Artificial Intelligence and a Particular Deduction Program within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, is the fact that the program is not going to develop its own application, because it is going to choose directly from the global matrix those factors, as subjects or as options, necessaries for the development of its own program.

A Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction in the tectonics of the Earth is an Artificial Intelligence because it is going to have, as long as replication and auto-replication processes, an application made of all factors included in its own specific matrix, receiving a permanent flow of data from every robotic device measuring the temperature or any quake beneath the Earth surface, and counting the frequency of any tectonic phenomenon on Earth such as earthquakes, volcanoes, or tsunamis.

A Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction in climatology, as long as replication and auto-replication processes, is going to have a specific matrix, measuring any single climatic phenomenon that is going to be included as a factor in its database.

But a Particular Deduction Program, once the global matrix has been created, working for instance for the airport of San Francisco, is not going to have a specific matrix, but, directly from the global matrix, can choose whatever factors need to carry out any deduction over its particular subject in order to make particular decisions.

Once the global matrix is created, over the global matrix could work with particular programs for particular purposes, choosing from the global matrix as many factors as it needs to carry out its own investigations in order to make particular decisions.

If the airport of San Francisco has its own particular program, this program should combine information coming up from all those factors, at any level of sub-factoring, from the global matrix, that in some way or another could affect the work in the airport. So the particular program for the airport of San Francisco directly from the global matrix could get information about possible earthquakes or tsunamis in the area, the weather, any information about the climatic conditions at every single point of every route of every flight that is scheduled, any delay, or even information about any incident that could happen in any flight, every jet, or even information about any incident in the transfer from the airport to the city, or any other relevant information, or even if the development of the global matrix is so high up to point to have even individual information, the particular program of the airport of San Francisco could have access if necessary to the information about the biostatistics of every single person in the airport at any time.

In case of an accident in the airport in which someone could be injured, having access even to individual statistics, the program of the Airport of San Francisco could know if that person is allergic to some medicine, blood type, medical history if the person affected is under any medical treatment, and having access to all this information directly could be possible to make medical decisions while the person is taking to the closer hospital.

Another example of the benefits of creating a global matrix where all possible information could be gathered and analysed permanently, sharing the information with particular programs, is the possibility of creating Personal Particular Deduction Programs (Personal Programs): that Particular Deduction Program within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence able to suggest decisions of a particular person, or even in case that the particular person could not be able to put it into practice, for instance, a person who suffers a car accident in the middle of the night in a solitary road in the middle of nowhere, the possibility that the Personal Particular Deduction Program can put into practice any decision on behalf of that person under certain conditions in which the person could not be able to act.

When the first computers were developed, the concept of personal computers seemed implausible; however, today, they are ubiquitous..

But further than personal computers, the possibility of Personal Particular Deduction Programs able to make deductions of a single person, and from the deduction to suggest personal decisions, not only like the typical assistance that we already have in our personal computers, is going to be a reality sooner than we think.

Today, the personal assistance that we already have on our devices is able to suggest decisions based on the information that we receive from Social Media, or easily get on the internet. The decisions able to provide today are based on artificial learning and, in general, are really basic.

A Personal Particular Deduction Program should be able to make personal particular deductions,  and from the deductions, be able to suggest decisions, and if the person, for any reason,n is not in good condition, even the possibility to put direct decisions into practice.

In the same way that today personal assistance in personal computers can make suggestions based on the information gathered from our Social Media or browsers on the internet, a personal program within the global matrix should be able to suggest personal decisions, or even put them into practice if it would be necessary, based on deductions made taking as many factors (as subjects and as options) as it needs from the global matrix, so in the global matrix must be included all information without restriction.

The creation of particular programs within the global matrix is another way to reduce the number of tasks to do by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, so it could be much more focused on global deductions rather than particular deductions.

If for everything (industries, factories, cities, transports, …), and even for beings (whales, animals in danger of extinction, fish banks, herds, migratory birds, or even the behaviour of diseases, such as programs to study how certain diseases are spreading out around the world), there is a particular program in order to make particular deductions, and from the particular deductions to make particular decisions, all this work made by the particular programs is a work that the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence does not have to do, saving time and energy to spend on other deductions and decisions much more important: global deductions and global decisions.

While the Particular Deduction Programs are going to remain within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, regardless of any advancement in technology, or the evolution of the experimentation in the global matrix, notwithstanding the Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction is going to be absorbed completely by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence (for instance, a Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction in Tectonics, or that other one in climatology) sooner or later all their work is going to be made: by  Particular Deduction Programs within the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, or directly by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence itself.

A good example of Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction, able to be transformed into a program, would be the one that I proposed as an example of Artificial Research by Deduction in transport.

If before the creation of the global matrix is created a Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction in transport, during the standardization process, as long as the process evolves from the first period of coexistence to the second and last one, this Specific Artificial Intelligence would be easy to transform in a Particular Deduction Program, increasing its ability to make deductions, because it could have access to more factors. So a program, instead of intelligence, could choose directly from the global matrix every factor that in some way or another will affect any transport, making better deductions and, as a result, better decisions.

During this long journey within the standardisation process, the possible deductions to make along this process are the following:

- In the first period of coexistence, there will be global deductions made by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence, specific deductions made by those Specific Artificial Intelligence for Artificial Research by Deduction that are still working, and particular deductions made by the first Particular Deduction Programs. So there are three kinds of deductions: global, specific, and particular.

- In the second and last period in the standardization process, the Specific Artificial Intelligences for Artificial Research by Deduction should have been completely absorbed by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence or transformed in programs, so the possible deductions are: global deductions by the Artificial Research by Deduction in the Global Artificial Intelligence and particular deductions by the Particular Deduction Programs. So there are two possible deductions: global and particular.

At the end of this process, every decision, global or particular, as a result of every deduction, global or particular, must be checked by the Decisional System and, if rational, put it into practice. In the case of particular decisions, some of them are going to need only the direct intervention of a particular application, but in other cases may need the intervention of much more than one application. If one person suffers a car accident on a solitary road in the middle of nowhere, and the person injured is not able to do anything, a Personal Particular Deduction Program should be able to put on alert the emergencies services wherever they are, and the emergencies services must have access automatically to any personal factor important for the intervention: allergies, blood type, medical history, if the person affected is under any medical treatment, as well as any other information relevant.

The inclusion of absolutely all kinds of information without restriction in a global matrix will be something really helpful in order to make very realistic decisions on time. At the end of this process of standardisation, there is only one global matrix, and any other program necessary to work with reality could take all the necessary information from the flow of information running directly in the global matrix.

And when the standardisation process is finished, starting the integration process, at the end of the integration process, there is no other database than the matrix.
